Love him or hate him, it doesn’t matter: That Malstrom character owns some emailing idiot with his latest post.

This is like watching one nutjob armed with a baseball bat beat another nutjob with a baseball bat and, fortunately, I *can* look away.
Ah; false equalivence, it always works. And I see Malstrom has flip-flopped back to not trusting Wikipedia. Whew. I thought for a minute Malstrom would act completely deranged again. This one is par for the course with Malstrom.
@Gregory
When has he trusted wikipedia? I dont remember any articles praising wikipedia for information.
The initial comment, which I believe cites a Google Search, enthusiast press game scores, and Wikipedia articles as some kind of definitive answer to what’s popular or what’s trending in mainstream video games is the ridiculous thing being pointed out here.
Forget where the post comes from for a moment: The “hardcore” gamer, er douchbag, that sent in the initial email was so easily disproved and made a fool of here it was far too easy (and fun) for me to pass up.
Who knows who sent that email or if it was fabricated as an easy punching bag.
In one of his posts (I forget which one) he used Wikipedia to find the definition of a word. I know it’s a minor thing; but it is still a flip-flop just the same.
@Jeff: My guess is that Malstrom feared legal action if he published the name; but really who knows.
