Nintendo takes a page from the competition it so hoped to distance itself with using the Wii and blames consumers for the 3DS’s lower-than-expected sales. Oh, how the mighty have fallen.

Is it strange that the company that wanted to take gaming on a much simpler route than the competition is now rumored to be bringing a touchscreen, HD tablet controller to its alleged next-gen console, due out in 2012? Just curious.
